Why work with Blue Kite Co.
Collaborative, not transactional
This isn't an order form. Every project starts with a conversation about what the organization is trying to accomplish — then we help map out the best path to get there. Product options, vendor recommendations, and pricing are shared directly so decisions happen fast. No scavenger hunts. No rabbit holes.
Institutional knowledge that stays
Volunteer-led organizations lose continuity every time leadership turns over. Blue Kite Co. maintains design files, brand guidelines, vendor contacts, pricing history, and project templates year over year — so the new committee chair doesn't have to start from scratch. That history is part of the partnership.
One point of contact, start to finish
No juggling a designer, a printer, a fulfillment house, and a merch vendor. One relationship covers the full scope — from figuring out what to order, to managing artwork and production, to delivering the finished product. The complexity stays behind the scenes.

Our Story
Blue Kite Company grew out of years of volunteering — team parenting, running PTO auctions, coordinating uniforms for 300 kids — and seeing the same gap over and over. The organizations doing the most for their communities had no one to handle creative projects from start to finish. Not just someone to make things, but someone to think through what's needed and why.
That became Blue Kite Company in 2019. Seven years and 200+ projects later, Blue Kite Co. works with schools, nonprofits, universities, and community organizations across Massachusetts and beyond.
